Terms of service
These terms govern your use of ATS Eagle Canyon, operated by ATS Pty Ltd.

1. Service area
We currently deliver LPG gas cylinders within Eagle Canyon Estate, Johannesburg. Orders outside this area may be cancelled and refunded.
2. Cylinder swap
All cylinders are supplied on a swap basis: you exchange your empty cylinder for a full one of the same size. Cylinders remain the property of the gas supplier. If you do not have an empty to swap, an additional deposit may apply.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
We aim for same-day delivery on orders placed during operating hours. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You or an authorised adult must be present to receive the cylinder.
5. Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once a sealed cylinder has been delivered and accepted, refunds are at our discretion and subject to the Consumer Protection Act.
6. Safe handling
LPG is flammable. You are responsible for safe storage and use of the cylinder in accordance with the safety information supplied with it. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
