Delivery address within Eagle Canyon Estate.
Order history (cylinder size, quantity, fulfilment method).
Payment confirmation data from Paystack — we do not see or store your full card details.

How we use it

To process and deliver your gas orders.
To send receipts, order confirmations and delivery updates by email and WhatsApp.
To respond to support requests.
To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Paystack — to process payments securely.
WhatsApp / Meta — to send order confirmations.
Our delivery team — to bring your cylinder to your door.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights (POPIA)

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, you have the right to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and to object to direct marketing. To exercise these rights, email us at legal@ats-eaglecanyon.com.

Retention

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required by South African tax and consumer-protection law, then delete them.
