Data deletion
You can request that we delete your account and the personal information we hold about you.
How to request deletion
Email legal@ats-eaglecanyon.com from the email address linked to your account and include your phone number. We'll confirm within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, delivery address).
- Your saved preferences.
- Personal identifiers attached to past orders.
What we keep
We are required by South African tax and consumer-protection law to retain order and invoice records for a fixed period. After your deletion request, those records are anonymised where possible and otherwise retained only for as long as the law requires.
